Product Description
As a manufacturer and supplier in China, We have always supplied high-quality products to customers around the world. Addressing the long-standing pain points in the hot-dip galvanizing industry, such as insufficient corrosion resistance and poor coating controllability, we proudly present RZnAlBi Multi-Element Zinc Alloy Ingot. This product aims to fundamentally solve the problem of premature corrosion of galvanized parts in humid and salt spray environments through a unique multi-element alloy ratio, enabling a qualitative leap in your hot-dip galvanizing process.
Product Description
In the fiercely competitive global market, product lifespan and appearance quality are core concerns for end customers. Traditional pure zinc plating often falls short in extreme environments, while our RZnAlBi Multi-Element Zinc Alloy Ingot achieves three disruptive breakthroughs through the precise introduction of aluminum, bismuth, and trace rare earth elements.

Product Features

1.It solves the problem of "excessive plating thickness leading to brittleness"—the unique alloy ratio maintains zinc's excellent ductility, eliminating plating peeling issues during complex forming processes such as stamping and bending, significantly improving yield.

2.It overcomes the persistent problem of "insufficient edge protection"—aluminum rapidly forms a dense oxide film on the plating surface, like a ceramic armor for steel. In a 48-hour neutral salt spray test, red rust appears more than 300 hours later than with pure zinc plating.

3.It delivers a "mirror-like" appearance, requiring no additional adjustments to your plating or blow plating equipment; the optimized flowability of the alloy itself results in a smoother, more uniform plating.

Choosing RZnAlBi Multi-Element Zinc Alloy Ingot means your hot-dip galvanized products will have stronger corrosion and erosion resistance, thus significantly extending the overall lifespan of end applications (such as power fittings, building supports, and highway guardrails). This is not only an improvement in quality, but also your most powerful technical bargaining chip when bidding for major projects.

For any responsible purchasing manager, batch-to-batch stability is always the primary consideration. We understand this well, and to this end, we have introduced multiple German-imported electromagnetic induction furnaces, coupled with a fully automated six-axis robotic production line, achieving a monthly automated production capacity of 2,000 tons of RZnAlBi Multi-Element Zinc Alloy Ingot. This high-precision smelting process ensures that the distribution error of key elements such as bismuth and aluminum in each batch of alloy is controlled within 0.01%.

More importantly, we have an independent enterprise laboratory equipped with professional testing equipment such as the JPSPEC-A-550 spectrometer. This means that we can provide detailed metal composition analysis reports for every batch of your order. This closed-loop quality control model of "production and testing simultaneously" completely eliminates the possibility of component segregation or impurity contamination. When your downstream customer complaint rate decreases due to our stable alloys, We becomes the most reliable link in your supply chain.

The superior performance of RZnAlBi Multi-Element Zinc Alloy Ingot has been proven in various major national projects. Specifically, the aluminum content is controlled between 2.5% and 4.5%, the bismuth content between 0.05% and 0.15%, and the remainder is high-purity zinc (≥99.995%). The ingenious design of this formula lies in its dual breakthroughs of "self-healing" and "controllability"—when a minor scratch appears on the coating surface, the bismuth element in the surrounding alloy preferentially corrodes and generates dense corrosion products, automatically sealing the damaged area and inhibiting rust propagation.

This characteristic makes it particularly suitable for three major scenarios

1. power transmission line towers and fasteners, providing maintenance-free protection for over 20 years in high-salt-spray, high-humidity outdoor environments;

2. photovoltaic brackets and highway guardrails, maintaining structural strength and appearance even under long-term exposure to industrial pollution or coastal climates;

3. building embedded parts and cable trays, meeting the safety requirements for long-term projects.

Compared to traditional RZnAl series products, we have further refined the coating grains by adding bismuth, resulting in a 15% increase in hardness and significantly enhanced wear resistance at the same thickness.
