Aluminum bronze materials such as C63000, QAl11-6-6, and ZCuAl9Fe4Ni4Mn2 exhibit tensile strengths of 550–1100 MPa, with some exceeding 1000 MPa after heat treatment, far surpassing ordinary brass and tin bronze. This allows our components to withstand the demands of high-load structural components, maintaining stable performance even under complex military operating conditions, providing strong support for the normal operation of military equipment.
Regarding wear resistance, Defense Grade Aluminum Bronze Components achieve a surface hardness of up to 250 HB or 40.1 HRC, exhibiting strong resistance to abrasion and adhesive wear.
