H59 brass boasts a tensile strength of 350–450 MPa and a hardness exceeding that of pure copper, meeting the needs of most structural and wear-resistant components. Simultaneously, its excellent hot workability makes hot forging, hot rolling, and hot extrusion processes effortless, easily forming complex valves, pipe fittings, and hardware. In cold working, economical copper fittings in their soft state can be cold-bent and tapped. Lead-containing grades (such as HPb59-1) offer superior machinability, significantly improving processing efficiency, reducing tool wear, and bringing an unprecedentedly smooth experience to your production line.
