Our production process utilizes imported German electromagnetic induction furnaces for melting, coupled with a fully automated four-robot production line. Through over thirty years of accumulated scientific methods, we precisely control the composition, ensuring that the nickel content of RZnNi3.0 Zinc Nickel Alloy Ingot remains stably within the optimal application range of 0.04%–0.06% in the zinc bath. This results in uniform composition, a hard texture, and a product utilization rate exceeding 95%. The company's independent laboratory is equipped with professional equipment such as the JPSPEC-A-550 spectrometer, enabling timely analysis of metal composition for customers and ensuring that every batch of products meets national standards and relevant technical standards.
Regarding cost control, RZnNi3.0 Zinc Nickel Alloy Ingot reduces zinc consumption per unit product by approximately 10%–15% through optimized coating thickness and reduced zinc slag and ash generation. This also reduces subsequent polishing or repair processes, extending the lifespan of the hot-dip galvanizing pot. Combined with a wide operating temperature range of 430℃–460℃, it is particularly suitable for low-temperature zinc plating applications, applicable to high-temperature components such as engine compartments and exhaust systems, as well as large outdoor components such as towers and bridges. This expands application scenarios and further reduces overall production costs.
We have over 160 employees, including 37 senior engineers and technicians. Equipped with the industry's only fully automated four-robot production line, 26 industrial frequency induction furnaces, 50 centrifuges, and German-imported electromagnetic induction furnaces, the company produces and sells over 2,000 tons of various alloy products monthly.
