Product Description
RZnNi2.0 Zinc Nickel Alloy Ingot, with its excellent compatibility and customization support, can precisely meet the personalized production needs of different buyers. The product requires minimal adjustments to existing hot-dip galvanizing equipment and processes, adapting to various production methods such as dip plating, blow plating, and wire plating. Adding zinc in small amounts (3%~6%) multiple times stabilizes the coating composition, making it particularly suitable for batch hot-dip galvanizing of complex-shaped workpieces such as structural components, fasteners, and photovoltaic brackets. 

The scientifically proportioned nickel further improves the fluidity of the zinc bath, resulting in a denser and brighter coating. This significantly reduces surface defects such as zinc blooms, zinc nodules, and tear marks, while also significantly enhancing the adhesion between the coating and the substrate. The neutral salt spray (NSS) corrosion resistance time can reach 700–800 hours, and in some applications, even up to 1500 hours without red rust, demonstrating significantly superior corrosion resistance compared to traditional hot-dip galvanizing.

Regarding cost control, RZnNi2.0 Zinc Nickel Alloy Ingot, by optimizing coating thickness and reducing zinc dross formation, can reduce zinc consumption per unit product by approximately 10%–20%. It also reduces subsequent polishing or repair processes. Combined with a wide operating temperature range of 200°C–300°C, it is suitable for processing high-temperature components such as engine compartments and exhaust systems, expanding application scenarios and further reducing overall production costs.
